Welcome to Amazing Trips! By booking a tour/travel package, car rental, or any other travel related services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Booking and Payments
- A deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking, if the gap between the tour date and booking date is of atleast 60 days or more. Otherwise 50% of the total tour cost will be required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the tour start date.
- For bookings made within 7 days of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing, by email.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival date will not be eligible for any refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
Itinerary Changes
- Amazing Trips reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, or other emergencies.
- In the event of changes, we will make every effort to offer a comparable alternative.
Health and Fitness
- Travelers will be responsible for their health and physically fitness for the activities included in their tour.
- Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Liability
- Amazing Trips acts as an intermediary between travellers and various service providers (hotels, transport, etc.).
- Please take care of the belongings before leaving the Hotels or your Vehicle. Company shall not be responsible for any loss.
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party providers.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked with us.
Identity – Aadhar Card / Passport and Visa
- In accordance with the Government of India’s directive, all Indian and foreign nationals must present valid identification at check-in. Acceptable documents include a Passport and Visa together, Aadhar Card, Voter ID card, and a current Driver’s License. All identification must feature a photograph.
- Hotels/Resorts/Camps or any kind of accommodation facility can deny stay to the guest, if a valid id proof is not provided.
- Amazing Trips will not be held responsible for any issues related to identity cards / passport or visa requirements.
Conduct and Behaviour
- Travellers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner throughout the tour.
- Amazing Trips reserves the right to terminate a traveller’s participation without refund if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the group.
Miscellaneous
- Please read all Emails/WhatsApp communications carefully and understand the contents and pricing. These conversations will be part of your contract with us once you make a booking.
- For an extra adult, many hotels provide an extra mattress instead of an extra bed. In case, if you prefer an extra bed only, then please inform us in advance.
- Many small hotels/resorts do not have elevators. Please notify us in advance if you are uncomfortable with stairs.
- Typically, hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs across India. Confirmed early check-ins or late checkouts will incur additional charges if not included in the cost. For complimentary early check-ins or late checkouts, please contact the hotel directly.
- Many hotels charge extra for room heaters or Wi-Fi. These charges are not included in the standard package and must be paid at the hotel.
- If meals are included in the package, they will be served as a set menu, buffet, or meal credit. Any items not included in the standard buffet/fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption. The hotel determines the menu and item options. Some hotels use a meal credit policy during low occupancy periods; if the bill exceeds the meal credit amount, the extra amount must be paid directly to the hotel. Room service or food packing is often charged extra at many hotels.
- In the event of a vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons, we will do our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for major problems. For minor issues that do not take much time, the vehicle will be repaired. Please cooperate.
- We are not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, transport breakdowns, weather, sickness, landslides, political unrest, or similar incidents.
- Vehicle’s AC will not work during drive in the hilly areas. Also, when the vehicle is stopped/parked, AC will be turned off.
- Drivers will not drive in no-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads that can cause traffic jams. Normal driver working hours are 12 hours; please inform us in advance if you need services for more than 12 hours a day.
- In some hill areas (like Uttarakhand), driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed due to safety concerns. Please cooperate.
- Pickup and drop-off points will be one location only. If multiple pickups and drop-offs are needed, please mention this in the email conversation before booking.
- If you require multiple visits to a specific location, please inform us in advance, as some places have high parking charges.
- Tour destinations or routes cannot be changed without prior notice. Amended route and tour destination rates may change.
- Based on diesel/petrol price fluctuations in India, vehicle rates would be subject to change. If prices increase by more than 5% from the time of booking, we will adjust the rates accordingly, even if they were previously confirmed.
- At many tourist destinations and hill stations, some roads/shopping markets/mall roads have “NO ENTRY” for certain tourist vehicles, depending on the destination and time restrictions. In such cases, guests must arrange another mode of transport at an additional cost, which is not included in the standard package.
- Sometimes, vehicle parking areas are a bit far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking area at their own cost.
- Vehicles are permitted for use at sightseeing points on the route and within city limits as mentioned in the itinerary. For additional, off-route, or substitute sightseeing, please contact the company. No refund is possible if a particular sightseeing point is not covered. For excursions, inform the company in advance or discuss these with the company rather than the driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together; however, in case of issues with some particular place, adjustments can be made.
- No refunds for short stays or unused facilities.
- No cancellation or refund will be made for situations beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslides, climatic conditions, natural disasters, fire, government decisions, political or national crises, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, terrorism, strikes, airline/rail/bus/hotel/transporter issues, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations, or any other similar causes.
- Management reserves the right to cancel any service without any refund until full advance payment is received and accepted by the company. The company can change the features or functionality of the services at any time without notice.
Governing Law
- The company expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdictions or countries other than India.
- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, India.
